Australian Mine Rescue Consultants does not collect personally identifiable information about individuals except when such individuals specifically provide such information on a voluntary basis. This information is only used internally by Australian Mine Rescue Consultants.

Except as required by law, Australian Mine Rescue Consultants will not give out personal user data to any third party. However, Australian Mine Rescue Consultants reserves the right to contact members of our database for verification purposes.

Australian Mine Rescue Consultants reserves the right to perform statistical analyses of user behaviour and characteristics in order to measure interest in and use of the various areas of the site.

Users also should be aware that non-personal information and data may be automatically collected through the standard operation of Australian Mine Rescue Consultant’s internet servers or through the use of ‘server-side cookies’. Recognition of Prior Learning & Recognition of Current Competence (RCC)

Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) allows for recognition of competencies currently held. On reviewing RPL documents, our trainers have to ensure that the trainee is currently competent against the endorsed industry or enterprise competency standards. Trainees must meet the outcomes specified in National Training Packages and Units of Competence for RPL to be granted. RPL evidence may be in a variety of forms including certification, references from past employers, testimonials from clients and work samples. Please contact us to discuss your RPL/RCC evidence.
